We’re passionate about reducing obesity levels and health inequalities through teaching people the basic skills they need to cook affordable, healthy meals from scratch.
We work with many different partners to reach those people who need us most. Just a couple of examples include a project with Diabetes UK to help people manage diabetes through learning to cook and a healthy cooking on a budget project with SureStart.
We also work with nurses and community health workers and health promotion officers to help them improve the health of their communities.
